Return & Replacement Policy

At XENIAL XPRESS STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy explains how returns and replacements work on our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement

We offer a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size mismatch (if applicable)
  • Product does not match description or images

❌ Non-Returnable Products

  • Socks
  • Stockings
  • Dupatta
  • Scarf
  • Innerwear & hygiene-sensitive items
  • Products marked as “Non-returnable”

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for return/replacement:

  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Accessories (if any) must be included
  • Product must pass quality check

❌ Return may be rejected if:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Incorrect or unclear proof submitted
  • Request raised after 7 days

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select your order
  • Click “Request Return / Replace”
  • Upload images/video (mandatory for damaged items)
  • Submit request

Requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

4. Return Pickup

  • Courier pickup will be arranged after approval
  • Pickup attempts: 2–3 times
  • Product must be securely packed

If pickup is unavailable, self-shipping may be required.

5. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement depends on product availability
  • Subject to successful quality check

If replacement is not available, store credit may be provided.

6. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or tampered product:

  • Record full parcel opening video (mandatory)
  • Raise request within 24 hours of delivery

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct size exchange.

You may place a new order for the correct size (subject to availability).
