We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and others.

Available shipping options will be shown during checkout based on your location.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Processing time may increase during high-demand periods, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Order confirmation and dispatch details will be shared via SMS/Email.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on logistics and external factors.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges depend on order value and location.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.
  • Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

6. Delays in Delivery

Delivery delays may occur due to:

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipment may be arranged upon confirmation.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate address details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Wrong pin code
  • Unreachable customer

Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do not accept the delivery
  • Record parcel opening video
  • Report within 24 hours

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, or unforeseen logistical disruptions.


11. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.
